1. Endoscopic appearance of covered mucosa (if SEL)

2. Location (with layer if it's SEL), Size

3. Shape + Borders (oval, round, well demarked, irregular )

4. Echogenicity (Hypoechoic, hyperechoic, isoechoic, anechoic, mixed)

5. Echotexture (homogenous, heterogenous)

6. Vascularization (hypervascular)

7. Content (if cyst; debris, septum)

8. Surrounding tissues
