Alcoholic Hepatitis - Management Algorithm

1. Severity assessed not only by MDF (>32) but also by MELD (>20)

2. Rule out infection prior to steroid and use ABx coverage if needed 

3. Steroids only increase short-term (28 day) survival in severe AH - can be bridge to Liver Transplant

4. Steroid response should be assessed at D7 by Lille score
