 • Decreases appetite

 • Toxicity: Nausea, vomiting, pancreatitis

Lorcaserin

 • 5-HT2c agonist

 • Decreases appetite

 • Toxicity: Headache, nausea, dry mouth, dizziness, constipation

Naltrexone/bupropion

 • Opioid antagonist + antidepressant

 • Unknown

 • Toxicity: Headache, nausea, dizziness, constipation

Phentermine

 • Sympathomimetic

 • Norepinephrine release in CNS

 • Toxicity: Increased BR HR; arrhythmias, insomnia, anxiety

Phentermine/topiramate

 • Sympathomimetic + antiseizure agent

 • Norepinephrine release plus unknown mechanism

 • Toxicity: Insomnia, dizziness, nausea, paresthesia, dysgeusia
