Director Role

The medical education agency is looking for someone to provide a pivotal link between the clients and internal teams as well as managing junior team members. You will be building and nurturing client relationships, developing regional and global accounts, thinking strategically and doing so in whichever way you see best – all in the view to provide solutions to the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries. This is a fully integrated agency, meaning you will have the opportunity to oversee all kinds of interesting accounts, therapy areas and deliverables – including e-learning materials, events and meetings support, training, publications, state-of-the-art multimedia, internal support and more. They are looking for someone passionate about medical education to come onboard and steer the way.

Essential Experience

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience working in the medical communications space – preferably in a medical education agency
• Degree educated
• An individual forward-thinking in nature, with an ability to lead strategically sound decision making
• Superior organisational and time management skills
• Ability to interpret data, develop key insights and assess the impact of recommendations on client business objectives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – in particular, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

In return, you will receive a salary in the region of £100,000 – £150,000 per annum (depending on experience), excellent support and ongoing career development.
