In-111 - 10 mCi

F-18 - 10 mCi

I-123 - 10 mCi

Ga-67 - 100 mCi

Th-201 - 100 mCi

Tc-99m - 100 mCi

Minor Spill:

 • Notify - those in the area

 • Prevent spread - Absorbent paper

 • Clean up - Use gloves and protective clothing

 • Bag absorbent paper, gloves, contaminated disposable

 • Label "caution radioactive material"

 • Survey in and around the area, also hands, shoes, clothing

 • Report to RSO

Major Spill:

 • Clear area

• Prevent (absorbent paper and label it) spread but DONT CLEAN

• Shield — only if safely possible

 • Close the room/secure the area

 • Call for help

 • Personnel decontamination

 • RSO will supervise clean

 • RSO will document
