 • 100 patients → (over 20+ years) → 95 patients never develop cirrhosis 

 • 5 patients cirrhosis → (over 10 years) → 2-3 patients with no complications

 • 2-3 patients decompensated cirrhosis → (over 2 years) → 1-2 patients LT/Liver-related death (total 98-99 non liver-related deaths
