Abnormal Chest X-Ray:

 • Chronic Infection (Eg. Fungal, Tuberculosis)

 • Neoplasm

 • CHF

 • Interstitial Disease

 • Foreign Body

 • Bronchiectasis

Obstructive Disease (FEV1/FVC < LLN):

 • Asthma

 • COPD

Upper Airway

 • Rhinosinusitis / Upper Airway Cough Syndrome

Lower Airway:

 • Asthma

 • Post-Infectious

 • Smoker's Cough

 • Non-Asthmatic

Eosinophilic Bronchitis:

 • Aspiration

Other:

 • ACE Inhibitor

 • Reflux-Associated Cough

 • Psychogenic Cough

 • Vocal Cord Dysfunction
