 - Systemic Inflammatory

     • Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

     • Sarcoidosis

     • Rheumatoid Arthritis

     • Pseudotumor

 - Infectious

     • EBV

     • CMV

     • HIV

     • Tuberculosis

     • Hepatitis

 - Other

     • Acne

     • Allergy

     • Insect Bites

     • Young age

Neoplastic:

 - Leukemia - History of Bleeding, Infection, Fatigue

     • Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (Pancytopenia, WBC differential includes Blasts)

 - Leukemia - Asymptomatic, Age > 50

     • Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CBC with Lymphocytes)

 - Monoclonal Lymphocytes on Biopsy

     • Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

 - Reed-Sternberg Cells on Biopsy

     • Hodgkin's Lymphoma
