 • Vitiligo

 • Tuberous sclerosis (white "ash leaf" macules)

Localized Acquired

 • Tinea versicolor (can also be hyperpigmented)

 • Pityriasis alba

 • Vitiligo

 • Post-inflammatory hypopigmentation
