 • Paresthesia of 5th and medial half of 4th digits

 • Nocturnal awakening

 • Medial hand and elbow pain

 • + elbow flexion test

 • + Tinel sign over cubital tunnel 

 • Weak pinch

 • Decreased grip strength

 • Hypothenar muscle wasting

 • + Froment's sign

 • + Wartenbergs sign
