Osteoarthritis (OA): X-ray features 

 - Joint space narrowing (least specific)

 - Subchondral Cysts (pockets of liquid under the remains of the hyaline cartilage)

 - Osteophytes (Abnormal bone deposits/spurs surrounding the joint space)

 - Subchondral Sclerosis (Thickening of bone directly under the areas of bone-bone contact)
