Sweet’s Syndrome in a Patient with Rheumatoid Arthritis - A 52-year-old woman with rheumatoid arthritis presented with a 1-month history of multiple painful, erythematous plaques on her palms and the fingers. In addition to the skin lesions, which were limited to the palms and fingers, physical examination revealed ulnar deviation and Z deformity of both hands — findings consistent with chronic changes due to rheumatoid arthritis. #Clinical #Derm #Rheum #SweetSyndrome #Sweet #Syndrome #RheumatoidArthritis #NeutrophilicInfiltration #NEJM
