Intraabdominal Abscess on POCUS



RUSH exam for fever, hypotension, abd pain.  You notice this in RUQ.  Diagnosis?



Answer: Large intra-abdominal abscess.  Middle age female with hx of Crohn's disease.  See CT scan.  Note the sonographic signatures of air within this large mass.
