VExUS - Venous Excess Ultrasound Score 

Grade 0 - IVC grade < 3, HD grade 0, PV grade 0 (RD grade 0).

Grade 1 - IVC grade 4, but normal HV/PV/RV patterns.

Grade 2 - IVC grade 4 with mild flow pattern abnormalities in HV/PV/RV

Grade 3 - IVC grade 4 with severe flow pattern abnormalities in HV/PV/RV.
