UVJ Stone on Bladder Ultrasound

Which of the following is the best next step in this 30yo female with left lower quadrant pain, now controlled, and negative UA for infection?

Resolution: Discharge home. She has a left uvj stone (source of her LLQ pain), she is young, her pain is controlled, and there is no evidence of infection. Most ureteral stones pass spontaneously. She is safe for discharge with strainer and outpatient followup.
