A 15yo male presents with shoulder pain. Which of the following is his diagnosis based on the ultrasound clip?

Resolution: None of the above. The humeral head is sitting in the glenoid without anterior or posterior dislocation. There is a growth plate in the humeral head that many of you may have mistaken for a fracture.
