Pneumonia with Air Bronchograms on Lung POCUS



This patient presents with shortness of breath. What is your next step?

Resolution: Antibiotics for this pt with LUL pna. Odd location, but us findings c/w lung consolidation (see labeled clip) allowing penetration of sound through to the thoracic aorta. Pt presented with 4d of sob & fever, leukocytosis with similar findings on CXR >1 hr after PoC US
