Plethoric IVC on POCUS 



Echocardiographic "smoke" is appreciated in the hepatic vein as it enters the IVC, supporting regional stasis (& secondarily supporting a plethoric ivc). A hyperechoic pacer wire (ie, foreign body) is seen in the RA.
