Duobrii Lotion (halobetasol and tazarotene)

Duobrii contains halobetasol and tazarotene, the first corticosteroid + retinoid combo product! This is indicated for plaque psoriasis, and though it may seem like a simple new combo product, this can be of huge impact on patients daily lives to have 1 topical product to administer instead of 2. One important note is that use tazarotene products, including Duobrii, is contraindicated in pregnant women. Clinicians often don't think of topical products as severely as oral products, so this is one of the important ones to remember!
