The CT-image is not very helpful in the differentiation.
There are hypodense areas, which could be masses.
On the other hand this also could be areas of consolidation with hypodense areas due to necrosis.
Finally the diagnosis non Hodgkin's disease was made based on biopsy. #Clinical #Radiology #CXR #CTChest #Hodgkins #Lymphoma #Perihilar #LUL #Consolidation #RadiologyAssistant
