40yo male began hearing a "whooshing" sound in his left ear. He googled his symptoms and presents concerned about his neck vessels. Which of the following are you concerned about based on this clip?



The carotid bulb is contiguous with the rest of the carotid artery. No dissection, catching part of the IJ. Normal diameter for the carotid (not at the bulb) is about 7mm
