Treatment 

• Healthy g 12 years of age: Self-limited, supportive care 

• Immunocompromised or > 12: Acyclovir 

Severe complication 

• Pneumonitis 

• Encephalitis 

Vaccine 

• Live attenuated 

• Avoid in pregnancy
