Liver Abscess on POCUS

24yo healthy F to ED w/rigors &DCed. 2/2 blood cx + for fusobacterium, so told to return. Now asymptomatic, CBC/chem/LFTs wnl. Next step?

I&D of this 2x2cm liver abscess was recommended, but IR felt it was too small to drain. Discharged on 3 weeks abx & ID f/u.
