Osteosarcoma 

Most common primary malignant bone tumor in children 

Most Common Sites of Involvement:

1. Distal femur 

2. Proximal tibia 

3. Proximal humerus 

4. Middle and proximal femur 

Clinical: 

• Localized pain (several months) 

• Pain frequently begins after injury 

• Systemic symptoms generally absent 

• Soft tissue mass (large and tender to palpation)
