- Aminoglycosides, Tetracyclines, Tigecycline 
Inhibit Nucleic Acid Synthesis or Function 
Inhibit DNA Gyrase +/- Topoisomerase IV: Quinolones 
Inhibits Folate Synthesis: Trimethoprim / Sulfamethoxazole 
Create Free Radicals: Metronidazole, Nitrofurantoin
