 - Could also use CPAP alone (titrate from 5 cm up to 1 5 cm). 


BiPAP titration in everything else 
 - Driving pressure supports the work of 

breathing (equal to iPAP-ePAP). 
 - Ramp up iPAP to increase the driving pressure
