I - Ideation - Active or passive suicidal ideation

S - Substance abuse - Increased alcohol/drug use

P - Purposelessness - Lack of meaning, despair

A - Anxiety - Anxiety, agitation or panic

T - Trapped - Feeling stuck with no way out

H - Hopelessness - Belief that things will not improve

W - Withdrawal - Isolation from family, friends, activities

A - Anger - Intense anger or rage

R - Recklessness - Risky behavior, disregard for safety

M - Mood changes - Sudden or dramatic mood shifts
