Pathology - Juvenile Xanthogranulomas


Learned a new pitfall: a subset of juvenile xanthogranulomas are S100+ with emperipolesis and can be mistaken for Rosai-Dorfman! They otherwise have classic JXG morphology with Touton giant cells and lack other features of RDD.
