Lovibond Angle and Schamroth’s Window in Nail Clubbing



In clubbing there is loss of the normal <165° angle (Lovibond Angle) between the nailbed and the cuticula.

When corresponding digits of the hands are opposed, you can see obliteration of the normal diamond shaped space between the nailbeds called Schamroth's Window.
