There is a wide QRS and peaked T-waves.   In particular, notice how flat the ST segment is before it abruptly rises into the T-wave!  HyperKalemia was immediately recognized and the patient was given Calcium. #Clinical #EM #IM #Cardiology #Hyperkalemia #PeakedT #EKG
