Krukenberg's Spindle on Slit Lamp Ocular Examination



Krukenberg's Spindle = spindle-shaped deposit of pigment on the posterior aspect of the cornea in patients with pigment dispersion syndrome. This patient had open-angle glaucoma due to pigment dispersion syndrome.
