Sacroiliac Distraction Test



The examiner applies downward and lateral pressure to the bilateral ASIS , the effect of which is to apply a distraction force to the anterior sacroiliac joint.

The test is positive if it reproduces pain symptoms, indicating SI Joint injury dysfunction.
