Eichhoff's Test for De Quervain's Tenosynovitis



Eichhoff's test evaluates for De Quervain's tenosynovitis. The patient places the thumb in the palm, wraps fingers around it, and the wrist is passively ulnar deviated.

Reproduction of pain is a positive test.
