Median Nerve Tension Test (Upper-Limb Neurodynamic Tests, ULNT1)



To assess for Median Nerve Peripheral Neuropathy



Shoulder abduction → forearm supination → wrist dorsiflexion/finger extension → shoulder external rotation → elbow extension → neck ipsilateral flexion



Test is positive with symptom reproduction.
