Left Wrist Drop - Radial Nerve Palsy on Physical Examination



Left hand drop due to compression of the radial nerve in its path. It usually happens sleeping as in this case, due to compression and fall of the body weight on the affected limb, also called sleep paralysis or Saturday night palsy.
