Lelli's Test (Lever Sign) for ACL Injury



A fist is placed under the proximal 3rd of the calf and downward force is applied over the distal quadriceps.



Normal on the left side (heel rises from the table).

Positive / Abnormal on the right side (heel does not rise from the table).
