Biceps Tension Test 



To perform the Biceps Tension Test supinate the arm, abduct the shoulder to 90 degrees, flex the elbow to 90 degrees, and externally rotate the arm until the patient becomes apprehensive, and pronate the arm.



Pain indicates possible bicepital tendinopathy or associated labral tear.
