Biceps Load Test - Shoulder Examination

To perform the Biceps Load Test supinate the arm, abduct shoulder to 90 degrees, and flex the elbow to 90 degrees.

Externally rotate the arm until the patient becomes apprehensive and provide resistance against elbow flexion.

Pain indicates possible bicepital tendinopathy or associated labral tear.
