Diagnosis: Vitreous hemorrhage. Ophtho consult: acute and chronic vitreous hemorrhage without retinal detachment. Note the "washing machine" sign of vitreous hemorrhage on eye movement. Tip: turn up gain to evaluate posterior chamber!
