Cholelithiasis and Cholecystitis on Gallbladder POCUS (Labeled)



Sagittal plane showing two gallstones, trace fluid (at around 9 o’clock), and sludge. Common bile duct (CBD) generous.

Diagnosis is Cholecystitis, most likely due to the stone in the neck.
