Transducer is on the right midaxillary line w/ indicator pointing cephalad.

Free fluid is seen in Morison’s pouch. Differential includes (not limited to) blunt/penetrating trauma, aneurysm rupture, ovarian cyst rupture, ruptured ectopic pregnancy, & post-surgical complications.
