Myoclonus-Dystonia on Physical Exam



Myoclonus-dystonia: affects the neck, torso, and arms → myoclonus + dystonia. May improve with alcohol & may be autosomal dominant (SCGE Gene mutation) OR sporadic.  Our patient had NO SCGE mutation
