Epileptic Pupillary Hippus on Physical Exam



Epileptic pupillary Hippus- spasmodic or rhythmic contraction of the pupil of the eye. Seen in a comatose patient after cardiac arrest. Accompanied by contralateral eyelid myoclonus. EEG showed generalized epileptic periodic discharges.
