Gallbladder Folds seen on POCUS



Gallbladder is seen in long axis (specifically coronal because you see the kidney when fanning posteriorly or the gallbladder when fanning anteriorly. The gallbladder landmark is the portal vein.

Gallbladder folds (not septa) are seen, and focal fatty sparing from steatosis
