Differential Diagnosis: Calyceal rupture due to obstruction (eg, ureteral stone, crossing vessels, compression from a mass), perinephric hematoma from trauma, renal cyst rupture (usually from trauma), inflammatory fluid from pyelonephritis, & renal lymphangiomatosis
