Varicocele during Valsalva on Scrotal POCUS

This is a scan over the left testicle. The patient is performing a Valsalva maneuver demonstrating a varicocele. Much more common on the left than the right due to the L testicular vein drainage via the L renal vein, which runs in between the SMA and aorta to drain into the IVC.
