Parkinson's Plus Syndromes - Atypical Parkinsonism

Main motor symptoms:

 • Tremors

 • Limb rigidity

 • Bradykinesia

Other symptoms occur, not generally present in PD, and vary based on the specific form of the Parkinson's plus syndrome.

The 6 most common forms are:

 • Multiple system atrophy (MSA)

 • Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP)

 • Corticobasal syndrome (CBS)

 • Dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB)

 • Drug-induced parkinsonism

 • Vascular parkinsonism (VP)
