Adult Epiglottitis on Laryngoscopy
Healing well after 3 days of intravenous antibiotics. This patient presented with 2 days of worsening sore throat with fever, difficulty breathing and severe painful swallowing. This was a spontaneously draining epiglottitis that did not require surgical drainage.
