Clinical Findings:
 • Confabulation: Usually initial phase of the disease
 • Anterograde amnesia: Memory impairment out of proportion to other cognitive dysfunction
What? Chronic presentation of Thiamine deficiency, consequent to untreated Wernicke Encephalopathy -> Therefore, Korsakoff Syndrome shares the same risk factors of Wernicke Encephalopathy
