IBD Colonoscopy Surveillance - BSG Guidelines 2019
High Risk - 1 Year
 •  Extensive colitis AND any of:
 •  Mod/severe disease
 •  Stricture or dysplasia in the last 5yrs
 •  PSC
 •  First degree relative with CRC aged <50
Intermediate Risk - 3 years
 •  Extensive colitis AND any of:
 •  Mild disease
 •  Pseudopolyps
 •  First degree relative with CRC aged > 50
Low Risk - 5 years
 •  Extensive colitis
 •  Left sided colitis
 •  Crohn's colitis affecting <50% of colon
     AND:
 •  Inactive disease
